    Learning outcomes for this module include how to define critical reflection and understand its role in professional growth and decision-making. Identify how beliefs, experiences, and assumptions shape thinking and actions. Describe how critical reflection supports ethical and inclusive practice in ECEC.

  • Module 2 - Frameworks for Meaningful Critical Reflection

    Learning outcomes for this module include how to describe established models of reflective practice and their relevance to early childhood education. Understand and apply a 10-Step Framework to guide deep, meaningful, and collaborative critical reflection. Identify tools and strategies that support each phase of the reflective cycle.

  • Practical Strategies for Meaningful Critical Reflection

    Learning outcomes for this module include applying a range of practical, evidence-based tools to facilitate critical reflection individually and in teams, aligned with NQS and EYLF V2.0. Confidently use guided templates, frameworks, and matrices to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities for quality improvement. Integrate reflective strategies into daily practice and quality improvement processes to drive meaningful change in early childhood settings.

She combines over two decades of experience in secondary English teaching, early childhood education, leadership, academic research, and professional development. As a trained yoga and meditation teacher, emotional Intelligence coach, and strategic life coach, Angela supports individuals to cultivate clarity, resilience, and intentional living. Her approach draws on skills in communication, mindset, and behavioural change — helping people shift limiting patterns, strengthen self-trust, and unlock new possibilities in their personal and professional lives. At the heart of Angela’s work, whether in education or personal development, is the belief that reflection creates space for growth, clarity, and transformation.
